Cronkhite Beef Company is a locally owned and operated business specializing in beef production, operating as a butcher shop, retail beef business, and mobile butchering service. It is a family business run by Cody, Aspen, their children Jaylen, Jacey, and Brylee, and Cody's parents, Darcy and Carol, as well as their butcher, Greg Douglas. They are known for their high-quality beef products and their commitment to sustainable and ethical farming and ranching practices. All the beef they sell is born on their ranch, grazed on native pastures, and fed with high-quality forages that they grow themselves. They also have their own butcher shop where the beef is aged, cut and wrapped. In addition to their butcher shop, Cronkhite Beef Company delivers their beef weekly to Warner, Milk River, Lethbridge, and other surrounding communities. Their dedication to raising excellent quality beef, their involvement in every aspect of the operation, and their commitment to serving both ranchers and consumers make them stand out in the industry.

Our Story

Farming and Ranching for Generations

The Cronkhite family has been farming and ranching in the New Dayton/Warner area for many generations and recently took over a local butcher's business to continue serving area ranchers and expand their own beef marketing. They offer a full selection of home-raised retail beef, as well as quarter, half, and whole beef options. Customers can pick up their orders at the butcher shop, although regular hours are not available as most of their beef is delivered. Cronkhite Beef Company also offers mobile butchering services and custom cutting and wrapping on beef only.
